Overall, for how much people rave about the restaurant, I would tend to agree. Although The Vortex is known as a bit of a more grungy feel, I definitely recognized the cleanliness within the restaurant and the care that went with the aura. He also provided some much needed recommendations which i appreciated. Our server made sure to check in with us multiple times while continuing to provide space for us to not feel overwhelmed. Service and employees, again not taking themselves too seriously, are quire nice and attentive.
